She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio "Tony" B. Alvarado; her children, Cathy and David; and her siblings, Alfred and Ruthann.

She is survived by: her children, Lewis, Marie, Carol, Bob, Luana, Scott, Allen, Davie and Tina; and her brother-in-law Felix. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
