He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Martin and Esther Martin (Drumm); his wife Judith Martin; and his sisters, Peggy Yarlott and Mary Earl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Keller (Steve) and Stacy Manuszak (Mark); his grandchildren, Justin, Kirsten, Mason and Morgan; and his sister Suzanne Kovacs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters or St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, in Jack's memory.
