She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Elizabeth Moore (Hiscock); and her brother-in-law Skip Sims. She is survived by: her son Mo Aboneaaj; her grandchildren, Carson C. Aboneaaj, Camryn P. Aboneaaj and Cole M. Aboneaaj; and her siblings, Beverly Hargrove (Michael), James Moore (Mary Lou), Timothy Moore, Rebecca Sims and Brenda Britt (Bruce). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice, in Elaine's memory.
