He was predeceased by: his siblings, Basil, Jim, Ray, Tommy, Cleo, Madeline Cox and Melvina Hazen; his grandson T. J. Cox; his mother-in-law Mary J. Dubbs; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Dubbs (Darlene), Carole Malloy Gray and David Gray.
He is survived by: his former wife Louise McCoy; his children, Bobby, Curt, Janet and Tommy; his wife Mary Ann; his stepson Todd Soulier (Lauren); his stepgrandchildren, Layna and Dominic; his stepson Eric Soulier; his daughter Audrey; and his siblings, Sally Crowl (Pete) of Salem, Ohio, Martha Drake of Randolph, Ohio, Mary Roth of Fisher, Arkansas and Kenny Cox of Collinsville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
