Howe (Barry), Gary L. Cooper (Alzina) and Ann M. Gilkes (Kevin); his grandchildren, Dale Howe (Jodi), Adam Gilkes (Stephanie), Kristin Cooper and Eric Gilkes (Annika); his stepgrandchildren, Heather Lloyd (Tyler) and Jesse Clark; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Kaelyn, Carter, Tucker, Caleb and Emma; and his brother Vern Cooper (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
