She is survived by: her children, John Ruzicka (Jeanine), Debra Ruzicka, Diane Lane (Ron), Dolores Hazel (Dave), Doris Ethier (Steve) and Frank Ruzicka (Julie); her grandchildren, Melissa Ruzicka, Matthew Ruzicka, Michael Ruzicka, Frank Ruzicka (Karla), Sarah Ruzicka, David Bannasch-Ruzicka (Tony), Lindsey Gilbert (Mitch), Kelly O'Brien (Stephen), Steven Ethier, Christopher Lane (Paula), Jessica Whitehead (Andy), Jacob Lane, Katie Hazel, Kelly Hazel and Tony Hazel; her great grandchildren, Carter, Alek, Ana, Adelaide, Evelyn, Marshall, Dolly, Levi and Jonathan; her pets, Sammy and Rosie; and also Doreen.
