He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose; his children, Mathew Kelley (Jennifer), Melanie Vrooman (Robert), Timothy Gibbs (Kimberly), Jeffery Gibbs, Carey Hirsch (Larry), Richard Gibbs (Kristi) and Sarah Provencher; his siblings, Rosemary Donaldson (David), Edward Kelley, Cheryl Hepp (Thomas) and Shelly Durga (Frank); his parents, Manley Kelley and Shirley Wintermuth; and his stepfather William Wintermuth. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
