She is survived by: her parent Mary Burkholder (Cameron); her sons, Michael Haines (Kelli Dade) and Matthew Haines; her grandchildren, Blake, Bradley, Ashley and Kyle Haines; her sister Mary Crake (Richard); her aunt Danielle Culey (Brian); and her sister-in-law Ambra Williams.
