He is survived by: his son Tom; his wife Evelyn; and his children, Gail Urchyk, Sheree Huntoon (Larry), Patricia Skinner (Robert), John Dick, Jr. (Nancy), Marifrances Justus (Keith) and Thomas Dick (Angie).
