She is survived by: her parents, Brian Bastian and Stephanie Bastian (Estep); her grandparents, Ronald Bastian (Laura) and Debra Estep; her great-grandparents, Ronald Bastian (Lyn), Shirley Bastian, Brian Pare (Andrea) and Leon Bolen (Joann); her aunts and uncles, Sarah Bastian, Megan Bastian, Amie David, Rachel Estep (Terry), Robert Estep (Martha), April Cagle (Justin) and Jessica Newcombe; and her cousins, Alivia, Alexys, Alacyn, Aubryana, Jacob, Malcomb and Ava. She is also survived by many great aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Turner Syndrome Foundation.
