He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Brownson; his siblings, Archie, Wilma, Marie and Gertrude; his son-in-law Don Hammond; and his grandsons, Wade Salgat, Mark Brownson and Travis Brownson.
He is survived by: his parent Amy Brownson (Marshall); his wife Joyce; his children, Jack Brownson (Paula) and Suzanne Hammond; his granddaughter Jeni Westerby (Darrell); and his great grandchildren, Blake Westerby, Madisyn Brownson and Aliah Brownson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Genesee County.
