He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bingham and Thelma Bingham (Newman); his wife Betty Lou Tucker; and his father-in-law Boyd Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Kim West (Jerry), Bentley Bingham and Carol Bingham (Lee Ann); his grandchildren, Ryan West and Amanda West; his sisters, Ann White and Nancy White; his mother-in-law Idonas Tucker; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Tucker (Shirley) and Annabelle Hanna (Teddy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society of Genesee County Norris was born in Saltillo, Tennessee on August 15, 1934, son of the late Edward and Thelma (Newman) Bingham.
