She is survived by: her husband Albert Theodore Lowe; her children, Kenneth T. Lowe (Linda K.), David D. Lowe (Heidi Jörg), Douglas E. Lowe (Amy L.), Richard T. Lowe (Mary L.), Patricia S. Knapp (Richard S.) and Robert N. Lowe (Ann Marie); her grandchildren, Amanda, Kristen, Ken Jr., Emily, Joshua, Lyndsey, Adam, Sarah, Andrew, Ricky Timmy, Christopher, Jennifer, Becca, Katie, Jonathan, Jordan, Jessica, Theodore and Chris; her sister Norma Jean Anderson (Phillip); and her sister-in-law Bernice Paulo (Joe). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
