He was predeceased by: his parent Ray B., Sr.; his siblings, Bobby and Dorothy; and his granddaughter Kari Rothwell. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Garman (Hungerford); his spouse Millie J. Plant; his children, Jeff (Cheri), Tammy Rothwell (Mark), Chris (Marguerite) and Dan (Anna); his grandchildren, Kori (Kelli), Tara Adams (Jesse), Mark Rothwell, Jr. (Katie), Kate, Chris, Megan, Nona, Josh and Grant; his great grandchildren, Mackson, Macie, Emmy and Aspen; and his sisters, Betty, Norma and Linda (Roger).
