It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Walter Hamper of Davison, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hamper and Bernadette Hamper (Preville); and his brother Bernard Hamper, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Yarbro; his children, Richard Hamper, Jr., Michele Stouffer and Stacey Rye (Eddie); his stepchildren, Charla Matich (Nick), Robert Ray, Norma Balagna and Patricia Coleman; and his grandchildren, Allison, Alexander, Kris, Kellie, Toni, Andrew, Nicholas, Cyle, Thomas, Diane and Lisa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
