He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gatlin and Edna Elizabeth Gatlin (Welch); and his daughter Kimberly Abney. He is survived by: his wife Delores Geisenhaver; his daughter Tamara Grimes (Alan) of Grand Blanc; his grandchildren, Ashley Gotch (Lee), Megan Grimes (Nick), Lanesha Brannon and Natasha Edgar (Nick); his great grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie and Emma; and his brother Roger Gatlin (Joann).
