He is survived by: his spouses, Pamela Sue Willingham (Overstreet) and Pam; his child Tammi Brandes (Jeff) of Scott Sprouse; his stepson Christopher Willingham (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Samantha Sprouse, Nicholas Brandes, Elizabeth Brandes, Sadie Willingham and Elise Willingham; his brother David Sprouse; his mother-in-law Rosemary Overstreet; his friend Brad McGeathy; and his close friend Art Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his grandchildren's college fund.
