He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Anita Merriwether, Yvette Justice (Marcus Jackson), Craig Justice and Keith Justice (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jaamel Merriwether and Erica Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Kieana, Allana and Rylan.
