He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowe and Georgetta Rowe (Petska); and his brothers, Michael Rowe and Patrick Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rowe; his children, Debra Stefanik (Greg), Tammy Moore (Rex) and Bryan Rowe (Monica Roberts); his grandchildren, Derek Harden, Alicka Harden (Chase Lawrence), Kirsten Moore (Aaron Ritchie) and Drake Moore (Aaron Cooper); his great grandchildren, Peyton Kelso, William Harden, Carson Lawrence, Darlene Harden and Adelynn Lawrence; and his siblings, Linda Connell (Tom), Jesse Rowe (Wendy) and Jeff Rowe (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
