He was predeceased by: his brother John Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Neva Keller (Mark), Amy Kidd, Willie Kidd (Janet), Nina Herveux (David), Cindy Schultz and Greg Kidd (Kristi); his brother Barlow Kidd (Fran); and his sister-in-law Leah Kidd. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vernon #400 Odd Fellows Lodge of Davison, in Bill's memory.
