He is survived by: his parent Alma Fields (Purcell); his spouse LaVonne Fry; his children, W. C. Fields (Dawn), Autumn Fields and Jennifer Teller (Troy); his grandchildren, Trammell Fields, Connor, Addyson Moulton, Abigail, Avery and Austin Teller; and his siblings, Bonnie Chicilli (Gene) and Sally Pray (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
