He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henry and Margaret Anna Sterling, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa Mangan (Jim) and Patty Lyscas (Kevin); his siblings' children, Greg Mangan, Joel Mangan (Fonda), Matthew Mangan, Nick Lyscas and Alix Lyscas; and his great-niece Mikayla Mangan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home-Westland (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185).
