With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Demko of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on October 30, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Demko and MaryAnn Demko; and her brothers, Michael Demko and Joseph Demko. She is survived by: her sisters, Cecelia Salewske and Kathleen Escamilla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A rosary will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, Inc. (3200 West Rd, Trenton, MI 48183). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Alfred Catholic Church (24175 Baske St, Taylor, MI 48180). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In honor of Pat's lifelong spirit of giving, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the Toys for Tots campaign, so her legacy of kindness may continue to bring joy to others.
