He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret K. Winn. He is survived by: his children, Frank, Jr. (Gloria), Kathy Ciatti (Tom), Fred (late Lisa) and Rob (late Kathy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
