She was predeceased by: her spouse George; and her sibling Rose Kutz (late Richard). She is survived by: her sibling Constance Formosa (Frank); and her nieces and nephews, Diane Jackson, Lisa Bernat (Mike), Pamela Kutz, Douglas Formosa (Marie), Lorenzo Formosa and Christopher Kutz (Tammy).
