He was predeceased by : his mother Wilma Heflin. He is survived by : his daughter Brittany Heflin (Dustin) of Three Rivers; his stepdaughter Ashley; his sister Marcie Roper (Dave) of Hartford; his nieces, Tara Pratl (Joe) of Coloma, Jessica Pethick (Matt) of Coloma and Tamara Lawson (Cameron) of Hartford; his nephew Joshua Peterson of Hartford; his great-nephew Jayden; his great-nieces, Kayla, Brooklynn and Lillian; and his cousins, Mike and Michelle Boodt (Heflin).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Joey's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
