He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Waldo Dick and Hellen Dick (Fritz); his wife Joan Dick (Hill); his children, Bob Dick (Sheri), Mary Furman (Bob), Kathie Smith (Scott), Joe Hill, Jim Hill (Christy) and Dr. Michael Dickinson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Robby, Daniel, Brittany, Nicholas, Kelsey, Dorothy, J. J. and Katie; his great grandchildren, Florence and Tilly; and his siblings, Mary Dick and John Dick (Joske).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Decatur High School Science Dept., or the Holy Family Scholarship Fund.
