He is survived by : his wife Jennifer McLemore; his children, Lindsay and Cory McLemore; his mother Sandy McLemore; and his grandmother Marilyn McLemore. He is also survived by one brother and one sister; and his niece and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Nick's family asks that memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or DeVos Place.
