He was predeceased by : his parents, Elias Church and Lola Church (Neeley); his brothers, Jackie and John Church; his niece Janice Michelle; and his nephew Jeffrey.
He is survived by : his siblings, James S. Church, Robert Church (Emma), Brenda Groves (Robin), Doug Church (Pam) and Roger Church. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
