He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Cindy Louden. He is survived by: his wife Nora Cannon Forche; his children, Sharon Wilcik (Vic), Sue Kaseman (Dan) and Rick Forche; his grandchildren, Sharon Munoz (Johnny) and Danny Kaseman (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Johnny Munoz, Danny Munoz and Lainey Kaseman; his stepchildren, Doug Louden, Michael Cannon (Angela) and Donna Holubik (Brett); his stepgrandchildren, Rachel Thompson (Stephen), Stephanie Nieto (Derek), Ross Holubik and Rhett Holubik; and his sister Shirley Keil (Walter).
