He is survived by: his significant other Mary Kay (Garvey); his children, Patti (Bernie Van Antwerp), Michael (Paige) and Ellen Clark (John Fauster); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Eleanor Van Antwerp, Owen, Henry Domzalski, Katherine, Elizabeth and Beau Clark; his son-in-law Chris Clark; and his sister Elaine Umlor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
