Jo Anne Jenkins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, at the age of 75, Jo Anne Jenkins (Detroit, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Jo Anne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jo Anne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jenkins and Marjorie Jenkins (Ballard); and her brother Art Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Megan LaForge (Donald) and Joseph Rayburn (Tiffany); her brother Robert Jenkins (Ann); and her grandchildren, Leo and Layla.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shalom Lutheran Church (1740 M-36, Pinckney, MI 48169). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Lacasa Center.
