It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura Marie Fuhr (Detroit, Michigan), who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Laura Marie Fuhr to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence LaPontney and Gloria LaPontney. She is survived by : her husband Paul Fuhr; her children, Sarah Rittweger (Matthew), Eric, Jonathan, William, Elizabeth Fuhr and April Scheibner (Justin); her grandchildren, Benjamin Rittweger, Tyler, Emilee and Eli Scheibner; and her sister Ellen LaPontney.

In lieu of flowers the family appreciates, any donations made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or Michigan Humane Society.
