She was predeceased by: her parents, Moe LaKritz and Sadie Marks; and her husband Eddie. She is survived by: her sisters, Lenore and Marilyn; her nephew Jack Rubens; her cousins, Greg and Joan Davis; and her caregivers, Melissa and Tammy.
She will be especially remembered for her many contributions to animal rescue and care.
