She was predeceased by : her parents, Johannes Dirkse (John) and Louise Dirkse; her former life partner David Oele; her parents-in-law, Thomas Sr. and Edna Belka; and her grandson Owen Kuperus.
She is survived by : her husband Thomas Jr.; her children, Michelle (Glenn Kuperus), Brian (Belinda Oele), Douglas Oele, Jeremy (Shannon Belka) and Rachel (Trenton Farmer); her grandchildren, Steven Davis (Ashley), Emily Bancino (Tyler), Drew Kuperus, David Oele (Kelli), Elijah, Rebecca Oele, Amber, Hunter, Harley, Zaidyn Oele, Trenten, Ty Belka, Darian, KeAira Curry, Cayden and Abby Farmer; and her sisters, Sherry Berka (John) and Rita Dykhouse (Sybrent). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and countless friends.
