It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denise Higgins of Dryden, Michigan, born in Birmingham, Michigan, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, LeRoy Peterson and L. Ann Peterson. She is survived by : her husband Frank Higgins; her children, Ryan Assemany and Jessica Tygielski (Brent); her granddaughters, Anna, Abigail, Allison and Amelia; and her sister Dianne Peterson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service celebrating Denise's life will be held on a later date at Potere-Modetz Funeral Home, 339 Walnut Blvd., Rochester, Michigan.
