She was predeceased by : her father Richard Lee; and her brother Bob Price. She is survived by : her husband Donald Penman of East Tawas; her children, Scott Penman (Annie) of Tawas City, Toni Lehr (Scott) of Stony Point and Gordon Penman (Mandy) of Stony Point; her grandchildren, Linda, Charlotte, Amber, Vincent and Rick; her great grandchildren, William, Evelyn and Matthew Clark; her sister Patricia Price Simpson (Richard); and her sister-in-law Kay Price. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
