She is survived by : her fiancé Roger Lonczkowski; her children, Kayleigh Wachowicz and Dylan Wachowicz; her stepchildren, Danielle Lonczkowski, RJ Lonczkowski and Tyler Lonczkowski; her grandchildren, Ricky, Aaliyah, Audrey and Elena; her sisters, Linda Baker (late Kelly) and Janice Earl (late Mike); her nieces, Hannah Earl and Kristen Baker; and her children, Jinx and Bella. She is also survived by mother, raising her beloved children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jackie's name to the Michigan Humane Society.
