She was predeceased by : her mother Thelma Noble; and her grandparents, Rolland and Margaret Noble. She is survived by : her father Richard Noble; her husband Ronald Phinney; her children, Amanda Reiterman (Patrick), Nicholas Phinney and Alexandra Payne (Sage); her grandchildren, Roman and River; her siblings, Douglas Noble (Connie) and Debra Fanko (Andrew); and her aunt Phyllis Songer.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wacousta Cemetery (13471 Wacousta Rd, Grand Ledge, MI 48837).
