It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Decarlos Toliver (Eaton Rapids, Michigan), born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Sammy Garcia and Shirley Toliver. He is survived by : his parents, Willie Toliver and Michelle Garcia; his grandmothers, Marilyn Garcia and Maria Garcia; his brothers, Willie Toliver, Jr. (Tiffany), Lexus Toliver, Isiah Gingles and Marcus Gingles; and his close friend Ethan Baker. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
