She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Wallick and Agnes Wallick (Boris); her children, Kevin Dale, Michael Lee Matuszak (Diane) of Elmira and Michelle Spencer; her granddaughters, Madeline Matuszak and Angela Spencer; her stepfather Stanley Dzwik; and her siblings, Clara Marian Brille, Anna Regina Jaruzel, Florence Powers, Dorothy Sevenski, Fred Wallick and Bernard Wallick.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Matuszak; her daughters, Lynne Matuszak (Steven Glasser) of Milford, Lori Herman (Rob) of Elmira and Pam Winkel (Trevor) of Elmira; her grandchildren, Alex Upton (Witney), Lindsay Bennett (Andy), Jacob Spencer (Noelle), Chase Glasser (Elena), Gray Glasser, Abbey Matuszak (Brandon), Wally Matuszak (Kinsey), Amy Belding (Nick), Wyatt Matuszak (Taylor), Kaylee, Jordan, Josh Herman, Zack and Paige Winkel; and her great grandchildren, Camden and Waylon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
