He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Maillette and MaDonna Maillette; his siblings-in-law, Michael Sowinski, Joyce and Judy Maillette; and his nephew Chuck Kulas.

He is survived by: his significant other Jan Clark; his partner's children, Nathan Clark (Melissa) and Krystal Paulik (David); his grandchildren, Andi, Sierra Clark, Addilyn and Emmitt Paulik; and his siblings, Linda Kulas (Gene), Dave Maillette, Paul Maillette and Paula Sowinski. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
