With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth Catherine Irion (Essexville, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ruth Catherine left this world on July 28, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Meyers and Helen Meyers (White); and her husband Kenneth Irion. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Hogan (Wayne) and Alan Irion; her grandchildren, Kelsie Oatten (Charles) and Devin Hogan (Kenya); and her great grandchildren, Nate, Ava, Nova and Noah Hogan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Bay County (821 N Pine Rd, Essexville, MI 48732). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
