He was predeceased by : his parents, Foster Hickey and Norinne Hickey (Goodall); his former life partner Christine Mark; and his daughter Sarah Bobzien (Hickey). He is survived by : his wife Patrese Hickey of Fairgrove; his daughter Robin (John Esteb) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepsons, David Dell of Grand Blanc and Brian Dell of Fairgrove; his grandchildren, Scott, Ava Esteb, Levi and Harlow Dell; and his sister Christine Shaw (Keith LaPratt) of Fairgrove. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Cass River Pet Friendz.
