J., Haley, Griffin, Cooper and Ryker; his grandparents, Carmela Surowiec, Sylvia Matul, Teri Scheffler, G. Neal Scheffler, Shawn Tibus, Julie Tibus, Rudolph Tamborino, Mary Ann Tamborino and Stanley Surowiec; and his great-grandparents, Albert Surowiec, Carmelo Pisani, Joseph Edmund Tibus, Audrey Pisani, Helen Surowiec and Alda Quiton. He is also survived by numerous LOVING aunts, uncles and cousins, teammates and friends.
