We bid farewell to Daniel Marc Degen (Farmington Hills, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 8, 2025 at the age of 72. Daniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daniel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (31950 W 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Church (4300 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Daniel's name may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or the Dementia Society of America.
