She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald LeVine; her son Steven "Porky" LeVine; her brother Bob Kaufman; her brother-in-law Seymour LeVine; and her parents, Jack Kaufman and Jean Kaufman.

She is survived by : her child Elyse Silber (Darrell); her grandchildren, Jaimee and Alexis Silber; her sisters-in-law, Mona Kaufman and Maxine; and her nieces and nephews, Ian LeVine, Monica LeVine, Robin Motisi, Peter LeVine and Kim Kaufman.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park (2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham, MI 48009).

It is suggested that those who wish to further honor the memory of Doralee LeVine may do so by making a contribution to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
