He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dov Szlamkowicz and Abraham Szlamkowicz. He is survived by: his son Todd Szlamkowicz; his brother Issac Szlamkowicz (Linda); and his sibling's children, Adam Szlamkowicz (Lauren), Danielle Szlamkowicz, Julie Dowgiallo (Brian) and Stefanie Tuzman (Jon). He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
