She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Louise was a dedicated and lovely colleague to so many of us at University Bank. I will never forget our trips to our office in Houghton, MI whether it was in the beautiful summers there or even in the dead of winter. Louise was a great General Counsel and dear friend.
