She was predeceased by: her parents, William Borland and Florence Borland (Jeffs); her husband Neil A. Bowers; and her siblings, Bill Borland (Mary Pat), Gayle Weast (Norman) and Timothy Borland.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathleen M. Hofsess (Ed); her grandchildren, Rachel Franklin (Ryan) and Ryan Hofsess (Devon); and her great grandchildren, Blakely and Barrett Franklin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
